SAFELOG XS1 core mobile transport robot (AGV)

DESCRIPTION

SAFELOG XS1 core is a Mobile-Robots from SAFELOG. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 41 kg, 270 min runtime, 85 kg payload.

The XS1 core is SAFELOG's small, fast transport robot for fulfilment, built to shuttle bins and goods between pick ports and packing stations at up to 4 m/s. Its chassis sits on an oscillating bearing so it can take ramps of 5% as standard and up to 18% with project approval, and its differential drive lets it turn on the spot. It carries up to 85 kg (50 kg on gradients) on customer-specific superstructures - for example bins up to 600 x 400 mm or SAFELOG's IntelliCart - and localizes by odometry and grid codes, with LiDAR optional. Per its datasheet it measures 660 x 450 x 230 mm and weighs 41 kg, positions to +/-5 mm, and runs about 4.5 hours with load (6 hours empty) on a 24 V 21 Ah LiFePO4 battery charged inductively in about 20 minutes.
