DESCRIPTION
SAFELOG S3 core is a Mobile-Robots from SAFELOG. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 150 kg, 90 min runtime, 150 kg payload.
The S3 core is the compact all-rounder of SAFELOG's AGV range: its differential drive and small footprint let it turn on the spot within less than 90 cm, so it suits processes where space is tight. It carries up to 150 kg on variable superstructures, including conveyor tops, and a safety laser scanner with configurable warning and safety fields slows or stops it around people. It follows magnetic tracks, RFID and odometry as standard, with LiDAR or a 2D camera optional, and talks to other robots and systems over Wi-Fi. Per its datasheet it measures 770 x 450 x 220 mm, weighs 150 kg, drives at up to 1.0 m/s loaded (1.6 m/s empty), positions to +/-5 mm and runs about 1.5 hours with load on a 24 V 21 Ah LiFePO4 battery that charges inductively in about 20 minutes.
