DESCRIPTION
RP-1250 is a Mobile-Robots from ECHO Robotics (Yamabiko Europe). It is built for Service, Golf driving-range ball collection. Key figures: 85 kg, price €22,990.
The RP-1250 is ECHO Robotics' GPS-RTK robotic golf ball picker for driving ranges. Working day and night without interrupting play, it collects up to 15,000 golf balls in 24 hours over areas of up to 45,000 m2, gathering up to 350 balls per cycle with a 956 mm pick-up width; a motorised roller gently guides the balls into its tank and the robot then delivers them automatically to a drop pit, from where an optional washing and drying system can feed them to the ball dispenser. (The maker's FAQ gives up to 12,000 balls a day depending on surface and ball density.) GPS-RTK with Wisenav lets it locate its work zones and adapt its route to traffic, timetables and the range's needs, with no-go zones set in the mobile app. It is impact-resistant, quiet and light on the turf, moving without leaving traces or burying balls; four sonar units and safety sensors detect obstacles, it handles slopes up to 30%, weighs 85 kg and uses about 620 kWh a year. Belrobotics sells the same robot as the BP-1250.
