DESCRIPTION

Robot 327 is an Industrial-Robot from Conjet. It is built for Others, Hydrodemolition in confined spaces. Key figures: 1180 kg.

The Conjet Robot 327 is an electrically powered, track-driven, fully automated hydrodemolition robot developed for confined spaces: it passes through openings less than 0.9 m (3 ft) wide. Its arm and feed beam turn 360 degrees, track extensions add stability, track sensors control travel distance and removable side covers allow maximum reach into corners; the high-pressure lance takes a single or double nozzle assembly, a winch can be added for slopes and a rotary head for surface preparation, all controlled by the ConjetONE system. The carrier is 820-1,200 mm wide, 2,850 mm long and 1,420 mm high, and weighs 1,180 kg (1,340 kg with counterweight). It cuts a 1,600 mm width and reaches 2,000 mm overhead and 2,400 mm vertically (2,850 mm and 3,300 mm with the extension arm), handles a 1,500 N maximum reaction force, runs on 3-phase 380-480 V 16 A or 200 V 32 A power and is CE and EMC certified.
