DESCRIPTION

Robot 101 Nalta Evo is an Industrial-Robot from Conjet. It is built for Others, Selective hydrodemolition in confined areas, overhead and under bridge decks.

The Conjet Robot 101 Nalta Evo is what Conjet calls the world's smallest hydrodemolition robot, built for selective concrete removal with ultra-high-pressure water in narrow, confined areas that other methods cannot reach - for example between a building and its scaffolding. It consists of a cutting head on a feed beam whose step units clamp to standard scaffolding pipes or custom pipe framing, works on horizontal, vertical and angled surfaces including ceilings and the undersides of bridge decks, and is remotely operated from up to 50 m away with a handheld control unit. It dismantles into sections light enough for one person to carry: feed-beam sections are 990 mm long and weigh 8 kg, the lance unit 12 kg, the step unit 9 kg and the hydraulic unit 90 kg. It handles water pressures up to 3,000 bar and a maximum reaction force of 600 N, has no electricity at the cutting head, can operate under water, accepts rotor attachments for surface preparation, runs on 1- or 3-phase 50/60 Hz power and is CE and EMC certified and prepared for Conjet Connect.
