DESCRIPTION
Pick-it-Easy Robot is an Industrial-Robot from KNAPP. It is built for Pick-and-place, Picking, Automated piece picking and placing of mixed items in e-commerce, pharma, fashion and grocery fulfilment. Key figures: 3.5 kg payload.
The KNAPP Pick-it-Easy Robot is an AI-guided pick-and-place robot cell for order fulfilment. It automatically identifies, picks and places a wide range of items around the clock, taking over monotonous picking work and making performance plannable. KNAPP says it has been in its portfolio for more than ten years, deployed in pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, wholesale, industry, fashion and e-grocery. It handles packed items of up to 3.5 kg, from cardboard boxes, cans and bottles to polybags, cubical items and reflective surfaces. Its AI object recognition is trained on data from over a decade of live operation, so it picks reliably out of the box without teaching new items. Different gripper types suit different item ranges, with no gripper-change station needed, and sensors control picking and placing carefully while saving space. KNAPP's KiSoft RSC software controls every component of the cell, plans the robot's movements dynamically and processes images with AI. Options include space-efficient release, item recognition, systematic placing and item-code scanning. The robot can be combined with the Evo Shuttle storage system, packing machines and automatic pocket-sorter induction.
