The PadBot X3 is a dual-screen reception and guide robot from PadBot (Guangzhou Yingbo Intelligent Technology) for corporate lobbies, hotels, hospitals, exhibition halls, retail stores and transport hubs. A 19-inch touch display carried at the front shows menus, brand content and information, while a 10.1-inch head screen gives the robot an animated face; together with a microphone array, built-in woofers and a wide-angle camera, they let it greet visitors, answer questions by voice and present multimedia content. It can run on ChatGPT, DeepSeek or PadBot's own AI models, and operators can load custom question-and-answer sets. The 1.4 m robot navigates indoors with laser radar, plans its own path and leads visitors to a counter or exhibit, and it wakes up and greets people automatically when they approach, using face recognition to identify returning visitors. Ultrasonic and infrared sensors guard against collisions and falls, anti-slip rubber wheels keep it steady, the head tilts up and down to widen its view, and staff can drive it remotely and make one-way video calls through it. It measures 49 x 140 x 48 cm, weighs 23 kg, connects over Wi-Fi or 4G/LTE, runs about 10 hours on a 20,000 mAh battery and returns to its dock to charge on its own.
