OCME Auriga S-Forklift

DESCRIPTION

The Auriga S-Forklift is OCME's automatic laser guided vehicle with fixed forks, intended for moving pallets around a factory or small warehouse where loads are not extremely heavy. OCME positions it as agile, straightforward to install, and delivering the same output as a driven forklift truck while adding safety and traceability to the goods handled. It carries a maximum unit load of 1,500 kg and lifts to 1,000 mm. The vehicle is 2,525 mm high, 1,865 mm long and 800 mm wide on a 1,070 mm wheelbase, weighs 1,100 kg with battery, and travels at up to 1,500 mm/s with a fork lift speed of 100 mm/s. Its forks are 1,200 mm long. It runs on lithium batteries with fast charging, no maintenance and no gas emission while charging. It is a laser guided vehicle: a laser scanner reads reflectors placed around the building to fix its position, so routes are defined in software and can be changed without re-laying floor guides. Battery options run to waterless lead-acid, gel and pure-lead Nexsys packs, with automatic, manual or opportunity charging, and the fleet is coordinated through OCME's supervisor and warehouse management system.
