DESCRIPTION

Oceaneering MaxMover CB D 2000 is an Autonomous Forklift from Oceaneering International. It is built for Intralogistics, Loading, Material-Handling. Key figures: 2000 kg payload.

The MaxMover CB D 2000 is Oceaneering Mobile Robotics' autonomous counterbalance forklift, designed as a true replacement for conventional counterbalance forklifts in warehouse logistics, manufacturing, distribution centres and assembly lines, to address labour shortages and raise throughput. It lifts up to 2,000 kg (500 mm load centre) to heights of up to 5,000 mm depending on the mast (2, 3.5 or 5 m), using a hydraulic mast with tilt for secure handling at speed and 1,024 mm forks. Differential drive gives up to 2.0 m/s and zero-point pivot turns, it climbs grades up to 10 percent, and it navigates by natural features without infrastructure, positioning to plus or minus 10 mm and 1 degree. The 3,350 x 1,250 x 1,307 mm robot runs on an 80 V lithium-ion battery with automatic front charging. It handles conventional GMA, EURO and CHEP pallets, automotive pallets, racks, carts and box pallets. Options include elevated obstacle detection, empty drop-off detection, automatic fork pitch adjustment, destacking, lane occupancy and stack height detection and barcode scanning, with a safety PLC, three safety lasers for 360-degree coverage and ANSI B56.5 / ISO 3691-4 compliance; fleets are run through OMR Supervisory Software linked to WMS and ERP systems.
