The Segway Navimow Terranox CM240M1 is the larger of the two Terranox commercial robotic mowers, built for professional grounds care on sports turf, golf courses, city green spaces and corporate campuses. One unit covers up to 24,000 m² (about six acres), mowing at up to 1.0 m/s with a 43 cm (17 in) cut, which Navimow equates to a standard football pitch in a day. It uses the same platform as the Navimow X4: four-wheel drive with dual independent steering motors for slopes up to 84% (40°) and 7 cm obstacles (15 cm on gentle slopes), EFLS NRTK positioning that fuses Network RTK with 360° vision and visual-inertial odometry, and VisionFence obstacle avoidance with a 360° RGB camera and ToF sensor that recognises more than 200 obstacle types. No boundary wire or antenna is needed, and an optional signal-enhancement antenna is supported. Dual motors drive two floating, anti-clog discs with 12 blades at an automatic cutting height of 2 to 9.5 cm (0.75 to 4 in). The 25 Ah / 540 Wh battery gives 180 minutes and about 2,000 m² per charge and recharges in 180 minutes. Fleets of hundreds of mowers are managed from the NavimowFleet app and web portal. The CM240M1 weighs 29.95 kg, measures 850 x 610 x 351 mm, is rated IP66 and runs at 68 dB(A). The smaller CM120M1 covers 12,000 m².
