Sanbot Mini ELF is a compact desktop service robot from Sanbot: a 10.1-inch 1080p touchscreen 'face' on a motorised neck that turns 180 degrees, tilts and nods, used for reception, retail promotion, information and - in one configuration - temperature measuring. PRO, BASE and RETAIL versions share the display, LED atmosphere lighting and two 12 W full-range speakers; the PRO adds a 3D camera, and all have an RGB camera, microphones, a PIR presence sensor and infrared distance measurement. It runs Android 7.1 with ROS 1.2, connects over Ethernet and dual-band Wi-Fi, has four USB ports and a USB-C port, takes mains power and weighs 5 kg, measuring 30 x 53 x 28 cm (up to 59 cm tall with the head raised).
