DESCRIPTION
Measuring Robot CL10 is an Industrial-Robot from Bozhilin Robot Co., Ltd.. It is built for Construction, Mapping, Surveying. Key figures: 3.9 kg, 240 min runtime.
The Measuring Robot CL10 is the entry model of the BMR Measuring Robot range from Bozhilin Robot, sold under the BrightMaster Robotics (BMR) name and earlier as Bright Dream Robotics. It is not a mobile platform: the 3.9 kg scanning head is set up on a tripod at each measuring station, where it automatically scans the room and computes as-built measurements for construction quality inspection. The robot measures a station in about two minutes, covering roughly 300 m² an hour, at a range of 0.6 to 30 m with millimetre-level accuracy. Besides as-built dimensions it captures panoramic images and point clouds, builds a BIM model of the as-built structure in real time and calculates construction material quantities. It is used at the structural, masonry, plastering and finishing stages and for unit acceptance inspection, covering indoor rooms, building facades, basement floor flatness and concrete surfaces. The measurement data can drive BMR's concrete finishing and interior finishing robots, closing the loop from detecting a defect to correcting it. The CL10 measures 238 x 218 x 120 mm, uses an eye-safe Class 1 laser, runs about 4 hours on a battery charge and works from -5 to +45 °C; it is CE certified. The CL100 and CL400 models extend the range to 100 m and 400 m.
