DESCRIPTION
Max is a Humanoid from Sanbot Innovation. It is built for Display, Guidance, Information. Key figures: 100 kg, 1080 min runtime, 75 kg payload.
Sanbot Max is the larger, next-generation sibling of the Sanbot Elf: a 1.37 m humanoid service robot that combines business services, carrying and towing, and entertainment for enterprises, hotels, restaurants and the public sector. The Professional version has a head with three motorised degrees of freedom, two arms and two hands with five each, a waist joint and a four-mecanum-wheel base with hub motors, so it can move in any direction, carry up to 75 kg and pull carts with its trailer hitch. Seven microphones, HD, vision and 3D cameras, PIR, ultrasonic, infrared, pressure and magnetic sensors and an RFID reader support reception, navigation and guidance; a 10.1-inch 1080p touchscreen, OLED eyes and hi-fi speakers handle interaction, and it runs Android, Linux, ROS and RTOS. A 1.6 kWh, 36 V battery gives about 18 hours of normal work (50 hours standby), with charging-pile or adapter charging. The Professional version weighs 100 kg and measures 763 x 615 x 1,370 mm; Standard (about 90 kg, 1.0 kWh, no waist or freight function) and Economic (about 60 kg, head only, pushed by hand) versions are also offered.
