The MalerRoboter 2.0 is ConBotics' painting robot for interior finishing on construction sites, which the company calls the world's lightest painter robot. Working with a painter, it sprays walls and ceilings using standard airless sprayers at a constant spraying angle and distance, so it covers evenly in a single pass with less overspray: once the room is masked, the operator draws a rough floor plan in the ConBotics app, and the robot sprays while the professional focuses on details. ConBotics cites twice-as-fast wall coating, 20% less material consumption and automatic post-calculation of the job, and says it pays off from about 300 sq m of wall area. It is modular and light enough to carry to every floor: the company gives a weight of 140 kg without the airless unit (130 kg in its product text) and says it can be taken apart into four parts within a minute. It reaches a spray height of 3.20 m, works with all airless devices and paints and paint buckets of up to 35 litres, has overall dimensions of 60 x 190 x 80 cm, runs 4 hours on its rechargeable battery and charges in 3.5 hours from 110-240 V. It is operated via the ConBotics app and a controller, and is offered for rent or purchase with on-site training and support.
