DESCRIPTION

Lexx500 is a Delivery-Robots from LexxPluss. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 76 kg, 1080 min runtime, 100 kg payload, released 2024.

Lexx500 is a low, hybrid autonomous mobile robot for moving goods in factories and warehouses. It runs in AMR mode for autonomous driving or AGV mode along guide lines, so it suits different sites and can work in tight spaces. It links automatically with a range of trolleys and works with conveyors and sorting systems. It reaches 2 m/s and pulls 300 kg including the trolley, or tows 500 kg with the LexxTug attachment, while lifted loads are limited to 100 kg. In AGV mode it stops to within 1 mm without load. LexxPluss rates it at 18 hours of operation and 1.8 hours to charge, and reports about 11 hours in practice with a 200 kg towing load. Two lidars, five ultrasonic sensors, a camera and a bumper handle safety.
