DESCRIPTION

LD1500 is an Industrial-Robot from Invio Automation. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 227 kg, 227 kg payload.

LD1500 is Invio Automation's light-duty standard AGV, designed to handle smaller loads reliably and cost-effectively in tight quarters. It carries 500 lb (227 kg) on deck or tows 1,500 lb (680 kg), delivering components, kits and assemblies to point of use on assembly lines, and Invio lists it in production at Airbus, Magna, Honda, Ford, Whirlpool, Trane, Cummins, Volvo, JLG, John Deere, Marvin Windows and Mack Trucks. The welded steel vehicle measures 1,276 x 432 x 254 mm and weighs 227 kg, travels at up to 0.76 m/s with a 39-inch minimum turn radius, and runs forward on its path with dead-reckoned reverse. A 24 V DC, 250 W drive runs on a 62 Ah battery with 25 A on-board plug-in and 40 A automatic charging. All Invio standard platforms use BlueBotics natural-feature LIDAR navigation (or magnetic tape / in-floor bar guidance), safety-rated Keyence scanners with zone programming, Allen-Bradley PLC or microprocessor control with a Proface HMI and +/-13 mm positional accuracy, and take attachments such as top-deck robots, load frames, trunnions, roller conveyors and scissor lifts.
