DESCRIPTION

JTRobotII is a Mobile-Robots from Libiao Robotics. It is built for Intralogistics, Sorting, Parcel and item sortation.

The JTRobotII is Libiao Robotics' core 'Mini Yellow' sorting robot, which the maker calls the star product of its range, for parcel sorting and order picking in express delivery, e-commerce, garments, retail, cold-chain, pharmacy, books and other warehouses. The Standard JTRobotII measures 480 x 380 x 230 mm and carries a tilting plate; the same robot is offered with interchangeable loading devices - high plate, conveyor (cross-belt), inclined plate and a lifting parcel-collection plate - plus customised modules for other processes. In a T-Sort system the robots are dispatched by Libiao's RCS software: items are scanned automatically at in-feed stations where workers place them, each robot carries its item to the assigned chute in a finger-type platform and drops it, then returns via charging piles. The platform can be single-, double- or multi-layer and installed on the floor, a desktop or mezzanine, robots and chutes can be added or removed as volumes change, a single robot failure does not stop the system, and Libiao quotes sorting accuracy of 99.99% with correct input data, deployment in as little as 2-3 weeks and payback generally under 3 years.
