DESCRIPTION

J5D is an Industrial-Robot from Jaso Industrial. It is built for Heavy-Load-Transportation, Intralogistics, Lifting. Key figures: 2400 kg, 300 min runtime, 5000 kg payload, released 2026.

J5D is the standard heavy-load autonomous mobile robot (AMR) from JASO Mobile Robotics, the AMR business JASO Industrial Cranes launched in 2026. The compact, low platform carries up to 5,000 kg on a 2,310 x 1,810 mm load surface and can raise loads of up to 5,000 kg on its lift by 70 mm, with configurable top tooling so one standard base serves different loads and processes. It navigates by SLAM on flexible routes and integrates with cranes, transfer stations and other plant systems. The robot measures 2,549 x 2,000 x 724.5 mm and weighs 2,400 kg without battery. It reaches 1.0 m/s empty and averages 0.5 m/s at full load, and a 51.2 V, 550 Ah lithium-ion battery gives up to about five hours at maximum load and charges from 10 to 90 % in about 56 minutes. Two SICK 360-degree safety laser scanners, two Intel RealSense 3D cameras, a full-perimeter safety bumper and four corner emergency stops detect people and obstacles; it is built to CE, EN 1525, ISO 3691-4 and ISO 13849-1, rated IP52 for indoor use, and communicates over 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi and M12 Ethernet.
