The Hypershell X Carbon is the X Pro rebuilt in carbon fibre and titanium alloy, which takes 200 grams out of the frame for a 1.8 kg total while keeping the same 800 W output and ten intelligent modes. That matters more than the number suggests for a device carried on the body all day, and the materials also raise durability for repeated packing and unpacking on trips. Range is 17.5 km per battery with two 72 Wh packs supplied. Control is the shared AI MotionEngine, reading more than a dozen sensors to adjust assistance per stride. IP54 rated and specified to -20 degrees Celsius. It has since been discontinued in favour of the X Series S models.
