DESCRIPTION

Gridbots ZEUS is a Military from Gridbots. It is built for Heavy-Load-Transportation, Reconnaissance, Rescue. Key figures: 750 kg, 720 min runtime, 1500 kg payload.

ZEUS is a four-wheel-drive autonomous combat unmanned ground vehicle from Gridbots, built for the Indian Army, paramilitary forces and allied units. It carries out surveillance, casualty evacuation, ammunition resupply, route clearance and armed engagement across cross-country, hilly, desert and urban terrain. The vehicle carries up to 1,500 kg, runs for up to 12 hours on hot-swappable LiFePO4 batteries and reaches 15 km/h. A 32-channel LiDAR with vision-LiDAR hybrid SLAM and an onboard NVIDIA GPU let it plan its own path to waypoints, follow a soldier or operate in a swarm, with manual, tele-operated, assisted and fully autonomous modes. Several units coordinate over a 5.8 GHz encrypted mesh radio with a 20 km range. ZEUS comes in three variants on a common chassis. ZEUS-Hitman mounts a stabilised remote-controlled weapon station for a 12.7 mm, 7.62 mm or 5.56 mm machine gun, a 40 mm grenade launcher or an ATGM launcher, with EO/IR pods that detect vehicles at up to 10 km and an operator in the loop for every engagement. ZEUS-MineSweeper has a 2.5 m digging bucket for trenching and clearing obstacles, and ZEUS-Observer has a 30 ft mast for surveillance and communications relay. Gridbots shows ZEUS in field demonstrations but names no customers.
