The Medium Duty Trey is the version of Gideon's autonomous loading-bay forklift for most applications. Like the Heavy Duty model it loads and unloads palletised goods from trailers fully autonomously, using AI 3D vision to understand the trailer, pallets and surroundings, and links to the WMS for automatic inbound and outbound moves at up to 25 pallets an hour. It carries up to 3,500 lb (about 1,600 kg) and lifts to 65 in, measures 134 x 56 x 83 in and weighs 10,620 lb. A 38 V, 610 Ah lithium-ion battery gives 12+ hours per charge with a 3.5-hour recharge, and it supports both opportunity charging and battery swap. Workers are protected by a 360° laser-scanner field, and fleets are managed from Gideon's browser-based fleet software.
