DESCRIPTION

Gideon Trey Heavy Duty is a Mobile-Robots from Gideon Brothers. It is built for Loading, Material-Handling, Pallet-Transportation. Key figures: 4550 kg, 600 min runtime, 2722 kg payload.

Trey is Gideon's autonomous forklift for the loading bay, built to load and unload palletised goods from trailers on its own, including the first pallets at the nose of the trailer that competing systems leave to a human driver. AI-based 3D vision lets it read the trailer, the pallets and the people around it, and it plugs into the warehouse management system so inbound and outbound moves are orchestrated automatically at up to 25 pallets an hour. The Heavy Duty Trey is the counterbalance chassis for heavier loads: it lifts up to 6,000 lb (about 2,700 kg) to 53 in, measures 160.9 x 59.1 x 88 in, weighs 10,031 lb and runs 10+ hours on a 48 V, 400 Ah lithium-ion battery that recharges in 4 hours, with opportunity or manual charging. A 360° laser-scanner field protects workers, and fleets are run from Gideon's browser-based fleet manager.
