Gessmann GESSbot Gb500 autonomous mobile robot (500 kg)

DESCRIPTION

GESSbot Gb500 is an Industrial-Robot from W. Gessmann. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Pallet-Transportation. Key figures: 500 kg payload.

The GESSbot Gb500 is the higher-payload version of Gessmann's GESSbot autonomous mobile robot, carrying up to 500 kg. Fitted with a spindle lift it moves pallets, cabinets, racks and custom mounting plates and fixtures and hands them to fixed stations in production or logistics, with optional flexible pickup stations; the spindle stroke ranges from 100 to 350 mm from a lowest position 550 mm above the floor. Like the Gb350 it navigates by LiDAR and a digital map without floor markers, monitors 360 degrees with laser scanners and cameras, charges automatically and is coordinated by Gessmann's fleet software with VDA 5050 integration.

FEATURES

  • Payload up to 500 kg
  • Spindle-lift top module: stroke 100-350 mm (several versions), lowest position 550 mm above floor
  • Transports pallets, cabinets, racks, mounting plates and fixtures to fixed transfer stations
  • optional pickup stations
  • GESSbot information page lists 950 x 718 x 420 mm, 150 kg, 1.2 m/s, 5% gradient, up to 12 h for the platform
  • Navigation by LiDAR scanner and digital map - no floor paint or magnetic markers
  • 360-degree monitoring by laser scanners and camera system
  • comprehensive on-board safety concept
  • Runs in aisles from about 1.2 m wide
  • Fully automatic charging (inductive or charging contacts)
  • Fleet management and operating software with VDA 5050 integration
  • browser-based Node-RED dashboards (or Navithor client)
  • Integrates with machines, lifts, rolling doors and fire-alarm systems
  • Communicates through sound system, LED panel and display
