doks.inventairy is doks.solution's fully automated inventory drone system for indoor pallet racking and high-bay warehouses: an autonomous ground vehicle and a flying drone connected to it by a cable. On a mission started from the user interface or scheduled in advance, it leaves its docking station, flies to every rack location, reads the label on each stored object with integrated barcode scanners (barcodes and QR codes), photographs every location with cameras on the vehicle and the drone, detects and locates empty slots, and returns to the dock to wait for the next mission. No operator or supervisor is needed, and a night-flight mode lets it work in the dark, so counts can run 24/7, at night and at weekends. Data is processed live during the mission and presented in a web interface as stock lists and a digital replica of every rack - a digital twin of the warehouse - with a comparison view for target-versus-actual reconciliation and interfaces to common WMS and ERP systems. doks. quotes up to 5 hours of uninterrupted flight and over 99% data quality; set-up means a one-time installation of the docking station and IT integration within a few hours, with no additional infrastructure in the warehouse.
