DESCRIPTION

Delivery X1 is a Mobile-Robots from Gausium. It is built for Delivery, Transport, Food serving and dish return (bussing). Key figures: 35 kg, 840 min runtime, 30 kg payload.

Delivery X1 is Gausium's indoor delivery robot for restaurants, hotels and other service venues, the base model of its X1 series. Known mainly for its autonomous floor-cleaning robots, the Shanghai company (also called Gaussian Robotics) built the X1 to carry food, drinks and other items point to point, using the same LiDAR and 3D depth-camera sensor fusion for navigation, so it needs no markers on the ceiling. The robot measures 515 x 523 x 1,286 mm and weighs 35 kg. It has three 400 x 502 mm trays rated at 10 kg each, a 7-inch screen and suspension on every wheel. It reaches 1.2 m/s, passes 650 mm aisles, turns in 700 mm, stops within 40 mm and climbs 5-degree slopes. A 20 Ah, 29.4 V lithium iron phosphate battery gives 14 to 20 hours of uptime and recharges in 4.5 hours. The X1 Pro, unveiled in June 2022, adds a 10-inch screen, weight-sensing trays with status lights and an optional AI camera. In Japan, Iris Ohyama has sold the robot as the Delivery X1 Iris Edition since January 2023, with a 10-inch touchscreen and up to 30 kg across its trays, its speed set up to about 0.8 m/s for each site. The Sky Dining buffet restaurant at Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower uses one to clear dishes, about 100 round trips and 3.3 hours of carrying a day.
