DESCRIPTION
CRAB 5000 is an Industrial-Robot from OKAGV. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 5000 kg payload.
The CRAB 5000 is OKAGV's heavy-duty CRAB-series steering-wheel autonomous mobile robot, a low lifting platform that drives underneath trolleys, pallets, racks, boxes and trays, raises them (0-100 mm lift) and carries up to 5 t through factories and warehouses. It measures 2243 x 1143 x 450 mm, travels at up to 40 m/min, uses dual steering-wheel drive, and navigates by QR code, laser or SLAM, with +/-10 mm guidance and stopping accuracy. It lifts loads up to 100 mm and moves in any direction, including sideways, with dual steering wheels.\nLike the rest of OKAGV's range it runs 24 hours on a lithium battery (DC 48 V lithium) rated for at least 2,000 cycles with automatic charging, climbs gradients up to 4 degrees, and is protected by a laser obstacle sensor with an adjustable 0-180 degree, 0-3 m field, front and rear bumpers and emergency stops; it is designed for indoor use at 0-40 C and a 10-year lifespan.
