DESCRIPTION

Corvus One is a Warehouse-Robots from Corvus Robotics. It is built for Inventory, Monitoring, Autonomous cycle counting of warehouse pallet locations.

Corvus One is Corvus Robotics' autonomous indoor inventory drone, part of an autonomous inventory management system that cycle-counts entire warehouses without adding headcount. It flies through rack aisles in 3D space without a pilot or anyone following it and without GPS, Wi-Fi, beacons, reflectors, stickers or markers, scanning barcodes, finding empty locations and counting cases at pallet-level reserve locations and some bulk or single-deep case-count locations, then returning to its landing pad. Fourteen onboard cameras give omnidirectional collision prevention, so it can fly during active shifts or overnight with the lights off and the building empty; vision processing runs on the device. Flights are scheduled at will and produce daily discrepancy and exception reports against the WMS (or standalone), with an on-premise audit trail of photos, video and scans, and it pairs with the Corvus Trident forklift sensors for end-to-end inventory visibility. Corvus designs, manufactures and tests it in Mountain View, California, and deploys it in 1-2 weeks on site; customers include GNC, Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, Dermalogica and MSI Surfaces.
