DESCRIPTION
Brokk 100 is an Industrial-Robot from Brokk. It is built for Material-Handling, Remote, Remote-controlled demolition, breaking and crushing. Key figures: 990 kg.
The Brokk 100 is a compact, electrically powered, remote-controlled demolition robot from Brokk of Skellefteå, Sweden. On tracks and weighing 990 kg without its tool, it carries a hydraulic arm that drives a breaker, concrete crusher or other attachment, while the operator walks alongside with a portable radio control box and stays clear of debris and dust. An ABB 15 kW electric motor (400 V/50 Hz, 32 A, or 16 A at reduced power) drives a variable load-sensing piston pump feeding a 45-litre hydraulic system at 17.5 MPa and up to 50 l/min at 50 Hz or 60 l/min at 60 Hz. The arm system slews through 360 degrees in 10 seconds, the robot travels at up to 2.5 km/h and climbs inclines of up to 30 degrees, and it is rated at 86 dB(A) sound power. With no exhaust it suits indoor and confined work, from building interiors to metal-industry relining such as de-bricking torpedo cars. Brokk has since dropped the Brokk 100 from its range in favour of the Brokk 110 and 110+, but still services and supports existing machines.
