DESCRIPTION

AspinaAMR100 is an Industrial-Robot from ASPINA (Shinano Kenshi). It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 70 kg, 480 min runtime, 100 kg payload.

The AspinaAMR100 is the standard package of ASPINA's AspinaAMR, a SLAM-navigated autonomous mobile robot for moving parts and materials around Japanese factories alongside workers. It has a fixed top deck carrying up to 100 kg and comes with the operating application and a manual charger. Operators drive it once by remote control to map the site, register stations, no-go zones and automatic doors on the map, and then build transport programmes with stops, headings and waiting times. Workers can dispatch it by scanning QR codes, and PLC or API control, elevator integration and map switching link it to production systems. ASPINA's own 200 mm thin brushless in-wheel motors (CAIW-200FA) keep the body 600 mm wide, so it turns tightly and runs in 800 mm aisles. It measures 600 x 600 x 258 mm, weighs up to 70 kg, travels at up to 3.6 km/h and climbs 3-degree slopes. Two 2D LiDARs and a 3D camera detect obstacles, with optional bumpers, two emergency stops, a speaker and LED lamps. Its lithium iron phosphate battery runs about 8 hours and recharges in 1.5 hours. Options include auto-charging, guided docking to +/-10 mm, fleet management and a remote control app.
