DESCRIPTION
Anie Light is a Mobile-Robots from Topy Industries. It is built for Inspection, Monitoring, Remote. Key figures: 9 kg, 90 min runtime.
Anie Light is Topy Industries' remote-controlled crawler robot for inspecting underfloor spaces and facility interiors - narrow or hazardous places people find hard to enter, including areas with mold, dust, humidity or toxic gases. Topy calls it one of the world's smallest robots of its class. Its crawler belts draw on Topy's track-shoe technology for construction machinery, giving it better rough-terrain ability than other drive types: high-traction lugs let it climb steps 1.3 times the crawler radius, about 75 mm. A pan-tilt camera (350 degrees pan, 90 degrees tilt) with 36x optical and 8x digital zoom and adjustable high-brightness LED lighting covers every direction, and Topy says it can pick out cracks of 0.1 mm from 2 m away. The robot measures 410 x 284 x about 220 mm, weighs about 9 kg and drives at up to about 1 km/h in three speed steps. It is operated over wireless LAN (wired control is also supported); the control screen shows the live camera feed and can record both the video and the whole screen for reports. Its in-house battery runs about 1.5 hours and charges in 4 hours, and options adapt it to different environments.
