DESCRIPTION

Angsa Trash-Picking Robot is a Cleaning-Robots from Angsa Robotics GmbH. It is built for Cleaning, Autonomous litter picking on grass, gravel and paving. Key figures: 480 min runtime.

The Angsa trash-picking robot is Angsa Robotics' autonomous litter-collection machine for public green spaces such as parks, gardens and swimming-pool lawns, and grey spaces such as cobblestones, gravel and water-bound paths - surfaces where conventional sweepers fail or damage the ground. Cameras scan the ground and AI distinguishes litter from other objects, so it removes only cigarette butts, plastic fragments, bottle caps, glass shards and similar small trash through its suction system, without damaging the turf, soil or paving joints. Placed on site, it is ready in under five minutes and works a full shift of up to 8 hours on battery without supervision, cleaning up to 8,000 m2 and collecting more than 2,000 pieces of litter per shift, while its camera system detects people and obstacles and stops or steers around them. It needs no boundary wires or external infrastructure: areas are drawn once in a web app using Google Maps or the customer's GIS data, and the app shows live status, battery and position and GDPR-compliant data on litter types, quantities and locations. GPS warns if the robot leaves its area, it is controlled by an industrial remote with an emergency stop, its modules are easy to swap, and at 120 x 80 x 80 cm it is easy to transport. Angsa says it is developed and built in Germany and certified for operation near people in public spaces.
