DESCRIPTION

AMR-AI-Lift Robot is an Industrial-Robot from Micro-Star International (MSI). It is built for Intralogistics, Lifting, Material-Handling. Key figures: 135 kg, 480 min runtime, 150 kg payload.

The AMR-AI-Lift Robot is an MSI autonomous mobile robot that drives under a shelf, reads the shelf's QR code, lifts it and carries it to its destination. It works with standard and custom shelves holding up to 150 kg of goods, so plants and warehouses can automate shelf moves without large equipment changes. It measures 705 x 620 x 561 mm and weighs 135 kg, runs at up to 1.3 m/s with +/-50 mm positioning, needs a 1,005 mm aisle, crosses 5 mm gaps and climbs 7-degree grades. Navigation and obstacle avoidance use front and rear lidar and Intel RealSense 3D cameras, and an emergency-stop button is fitted. The 48 V / 33.6 Ah battery runs 8 hours and recharges autonomously on a 30 A dock in two hours or less. Several robots can work together under MSI's fleet platform. MSI lists electronics manufacturing, biotechnology, warehousing, textiles, automotive, machining and food as application industries, and the robot is certified to CE and SEMI S2.
