YOKOIDO AMR-180 compact low-profile lift-up AMR

DESCRIPTION

AMR-180 is a Mobile-Robots from GE Creative. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 60 kg, 300 min runtime, 500 kg payload.

The AMR-180 is a compact lift-up autonomous mobile robot only 180 mm high with a square 600 x 600 mm footprint, small and nimble enough to carry roll cages through narrow aisles. It slides under the load, lifts it by 50 mm and, according to its spec sheet, carries up to 500 kg (marked provisional), with the size customisable. It navigates by 2D SLAM, with AGV guidance or Visual SLAM as options, travels at up to 50 m/min (3 km/h) with spin turns and runs 4 to 5 hours on a battery charged by cable, with automatic charging available. An emergency stop, obstacle sensors and a bumper sensor protect people, and destinations are set in a Web UI or through PLC linkage. The robot weighs 60 kg; YOKOIDO lists it among its non-promoted (built-to-order) models.
