PeK Automotive Agilehelper Sprayer autonomous agricultural robot

DESCRIPTION

Agilehelper Sprayer is an Agricultural-Robots from PeK Automotive. It is built for Agriculture, Orchard and vineyard work. Key figures: 1400 kg, 720 min runtime.

The Agilehelper Sprayer is PeK Automotive's autonomous, fully electric vineyard spraying robot, the single-operation companion to the Agilehelper Grassfighter for small and medium vineyards and bush plantations. Four ducted turbo fans with electronically controlled nozzles atomize the spray at the fan outlet and blow it onto both sides of the row; the fans pivot up and down while spraying for even coverage of leaves, branches and fruit, and the system adjusts the spray volume to travel speed and canopy height. Its tank sits on a gravity self-stabilizing platform that stays level on slopes, which PeK says allows tighter turns than a towed sprayer and complete tank drainage, and the tank module includes a fresh-water tank, automatic tank cleaning and alerts for blocked nozzles. Because no operator rides the machine, nobody is exposed to the chemicals.\nLike the Grassfighter it follows rows autonomously by radar with reflectors, is mapped with the Smart Mapper app and monitored in TeroAir. Per its specification sheet it is 3,840 mm long, 1,245 mm wide and 1,750 mm high, weighs 1,400 kg, works slopes up to 38 degrees at 0.5-4 km/h with 10 kW of drive, and runs 8-12 hours on a 48 V LiFePO4 battery of 28.7 kWh, recharging in 8-10 hours.
