The A1-3 is Yikang's lower-limb intelligent feedback training system: an electrically tilting standing bed with servo-driven leg drives that move the legs in a realistic stepping pattern, so stroke and spinal-cord patients who cannot stand can start gait training lying or tilted. A patented recline helps hip extension for a more physiological gait and suppresses abnormal reflexes; leg length adjusts automatically with one-touch reset, leg and ankle spacing are adjustable, and ergonomic hand rests protect the shoulders.\nThree levels of training - passive scene interaction, unilateral induced training and alternating interactive training - build a progressive programme, with progressive body-weight loading, real-time display of joint range of motion and 8-channel functional electrical stimulation synchronised with stepping. The A1-3S edition adds speed sensing to switch between passive and active modes, gait analysis and reports with Excel export, per-side spasm sensitivity, and a brain-computer-interface option that lets the patient's EEG intention start the stepping.
