The PreciseFlex c5 is a four-axis collaborative robot with a rotary base that Brooks pitches as a new standard for lab automation and beyond. It suits electronics test and handling, machine feeding, small-parts handling, kitting, storage and retrieval, indoor farming and mobile applications, and uses patented direct-drive motors on all horizontal axes for higher reliability. It weighs 28.8-41.9 kg depending on the column, draws 100-250 W with a DC option for mobile robots, speaks EtherNet/IP, Modbus/TCP and RS232, and works with IntelliGuide servo and vision grippers and the collaborative linear rail.
