POLCERO's Humanoid on a Mobile Platform puts the same dual-arm humanoid upper body on a wheeled base, so one machine drives between stations and serves several spots instead of standing at one - closing gaps between machines, moving parts internally and doing two operations in a single cycle. POLCERO states that its published values are design assumptions: the product is under development and its configuration may change. It comes in two platform versions. V1 has a folding mast that bends at its midpoint so the robot can collect things off the floor with little loss of power, and wheels that rotate the whole robot in place, suiting floor-level picking in tight aisles. V2 stands the same torso on a rigid, high-payload base for handling and assembling heavier industrial parts, rated at about 7 kg per arm. It shares POLCERO's modular core: controls, perception and AI in one module with a quick-release tool connector for gripper, harvest-head or laser task modules. Three 48 V hot-swap packs of about 864 Wh each give roughly 2.6 kWh and five hours of typical duty; the robot swaps its own packs at a four-bay dock without shutting down, or runs 24/7 on direct power. Perception combines a wide-field binocular head with stereo depth and on-device AI labelling, HD wrist cameras, LiDAR and ultrasonic sensors, force-feedback joints and an IMU, with voice control through a language model and learning by demonstration in POLCERO OS.
