The iSAGE STAR is the two-armed member of iSAGEBOT's manipulator family, built for coordinated work rather than raw strength: two arms assembling and constructing together, picking and placing autonomously, transferring material, doing precision machining, sorting and inventorying, collecting data and inspecting for anomalies, and handling hazardous material a person should not. It measures 900 by 600 mm and stands 1,560 mm, extending to 1,815 mm, and weighs 244 kg. Configurations run from 17 to 42 degrees of freedom with 3 to 16 kg carried per arm. It travels at up to 1.5 m/s with navigation accurate to 5 mm, and visual positioning accurate to a remarkable 0.05 mm. Control is by voice, remote cloud or touchscreen.
