The Zhicheng TR5 Pro is the company's full-size bipedal humanoid and the machine it positions for high-intensity, highly complex work. Its distinguishing engineering choice is the drive: linear motors for precision, stability and explosive power, combined with a serial-parallel hybrid architecture that Zhicheng argues balances strength against agility — a genuine trade-off, since purely serial limbs are agile but weak at the joint and parallel mechanisms are strong but constrained. Safety is handled in hardware rather than only in software, with 6-axis force sensors built in to make close human contact safe, alongside multi-modal audio-visual interaction. Perception is depth-vision based for faster dynamic obstacle avoidance, and the whole machine runs on the company's physical-intelligence core so it adapts across working scenarios rather than being commissioned for one. Zhicheng describes the design as hyper-bionic, using human body proportions to support varied movement modes, with terrain recognition, autonomous decision-making and a modular platform for different task loads. No dimensions, weight or degree-of-freedom count is published.
