BESCHREIBUNG

The Mission Specialist Ally is VideoRay's compact vehicle for power and lift: a modular four-thruster, four-degree-of-freedom submersible that can later be upgraded to a Defender rather than replaced. Four Mission Specialist thrusters deliver 4 knots of horizontal thrust, 1.5 knots vertical and 1 knot lateral, with 16.8 kg forward thrust and a 50 lb bollard pull. It weighs 35 lbs and is rated to 300 m, with a choice of float block: a rounded one for confined spaces where shore power is available, or a squared one that makes room for subsea batteries. Tether reaches 500 m on batteries or 450 m on topside power. Its Ultra 4K Smart Camera pairs a 12.33-megapixel sensor at 4056 by 3040 pixels with an NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX processor, so image processing and autonomous decisions happen on the vehicle. LED tilt mounts adjust the lighting angle, and an optional Reach Alpha manipulator mounts on a spring-loaded system that centres a retrieved object to keep vertical thrust efficient - it lifts 21 lbs in the gripper and retrieves over 100 lbs. Options add a Water Linked A50 DVL for station keeping and Blueprint Oculus M750d, M1200d or M3000d sonar. Runs the Greensea IQ operating system, integrates a 2-function (open/close/rotate) manipulator as standard, and retrieves over 100 lbs.
