Shenhao L7-T2 Tracked Inspection Robot
BESCHREIBUNG
The L7-T2 exists because inspection robots stop working in real cold. Shenhao presents it as the first domestic robot suitable for inspection in the ice and snow of extremely cold regions at -40°C, and the engineering is aimed squarely at the three things that fail there: batteries lose endurance, sensors lose accuracy, and wheels lose grip. It answers each in turn — a tracked chassis instead of wheels to stop slippage and to hold navigation when snow changes the shape of the ground, cold-resistant sensors and components with dedicated software algorithms to keep infrared temperature measurement and visible-light recognition accurate at -40°C, and a battery that still gives more than five hours there, rising to eight or more in ordinary conditions. It climbs 150 mm steps at 20 degrees or more, positions to ±10 mm and reads dial meters to better than 5% error.
