BESCHREIBUNG

The LH1000 is Guoxing's lighter explosion-proof inspection robot, at 320 kg the smallest of its wheeled patrol machines, and it is built around reading a plant rather than fighting it. Rated Ex db eb ib mb IIC T6 Gb and sealed to IP66, it patrols with a visible-light camera streaming live to the back office, an infrared thermal imaging camera that renders equipment temperature as a thermal map so an operator can watch a joint or bearing heat up, and image-and-algorithm drip detection that identifies leaks at equipment, pipelines, flange connections and valves. It reads meters automatically, and its two-way voice works by proximity — someone standing near the robot can simply speak, and staff in the control room hear them and reply, with no button to press. It wades 200 mm, climbs over 20 degrees and drives at 1 m/s.
