The Nano is JOZ's newest and most compact manure robot, for slatted and semi-closed barn floors. With a machine width of just 70 cm it cleans even the narrowest manure alleys, while scraper widths of 120, 140, 160 or 185 cm let it handle wider alleys too, pushing manure into the slats or manure pit before returning to its charging station. Transponders set in the barn floor guide it along up to 22 learned routes of up to 65 minutes each, at an average 6.5 m per minute that is fast for cleaning but calm for the cows. An optional 110-litre water tank feeds two front sprayers and one rear sprayer, jet or mist, that wet caked manure for a better result, and a lift function helps on inclines up to 10 % or when crossing the feed alley. It weighs up to 550 kg, runs on two 12 V 80 Ah batteries and is monitored remotely through the JOZ Management System.
