Heavy Roll Jumbo is a latest-generation LGV for paper and tissue coils that handles up to 20 tonnes in total. It uses ANT laser navigation, which takes any fixed element of the surroundings as a reference so installation is quick, with laser scanners and bumpers for safety, opportunity charging and missions received over Wi-Fi from Esatroll's supervisor or the plant's system. Like Esatroll's other vehicles it is designed and built in-house in Switzerland and adapted to each customer's plant, and it can be run by Esatroll's customised supervisor, which takes calls from workstations, assigns vehicles, manages right of way and load delivery and logs activity.
