BESCHREIBUNG

The HORST600 G2 is the smallest arm in the series in Fruitcore's HORST range of German-built six-axis industrial robots. It reaches 610 mm, carries 7 kg and repeats to 0.05 mm. What sets the HORST line apart is not the arm so much as what comes with it. Every robot ships as a complete system — controller, 13.3-inch touch panel and horstOS — and needs no external PLC. horstOS is programmed graphically without code, with a digital twin of the cell, so a machine shop can set up a job rather than commission a robot integrator. Fruitcore says a HORST is ready to work within minutes. The controller provides 20 digital inputs and 18 outputs, plus 6 safety inputs and 8 safety outputs rated PL d, and speaks TCP/IP and Profinet. The arm is rated IP54 / IP64 and qualifies for ISO class 6 cleanrooms. Typical work is machine loading and unloading, separating and sorting parts, quality inspection, gluing and dispensing, assembly and pick-and-place. Fruitcore also sells pre-built solution kits for machine tending, part separation, pick-and-place and education, and its PLEXA Core intelligence layer sits on top of horstOS.
