Oppent EROLLER 8 autonomous mobile robot

BESCHREIBUNG

EROLLER 8 ist ein Industrial-Robot von Oppent. Er ist für Intralogistik, Materialhandhabung, Transport ausgelegt. Eckdaten: 350 kg, 540 min Laufzeit, 150 kg Traglast.

EROLLER 8 is a model in Oppent's EROLLER family of autonomous mobile robots, built in Italy. Its omnidirectional drive lets it line its 800 mm-high roller deck up precisely with conveyors to transfer loads up to 150 kg.\nPer its datasheet it measures 1,400 x 662 x 850 mm, weighs 350 kg without batteries and carries 150 kg nominal (180 kg maximum) on powered roller deck 855 x 655 mm at 800 mm height. It uses double-trike omnidirectional drive (2 x 300 W), travels at up to 1.0 m/s and climbs 3% slopes. It navigates naturally by laser scanner, positions to +/-10 mm and +/-1 deg and turns on its own axis, and runs about 9 hours on a LiFePO4 24 V 120 Ah (LeadGel 24 V 140 Ah or PureLead 24 V 120 Ah options) battery with 3 h recharge. Safety comes from 2 Sick S300 laser scanners, sensitive edges, 2 e-stops, Sick Flexi safety controller, and the vehicle conforms to ISO 3691-4:2020 for driverless industrial trucks.
