The TURBO 4 is IMS Robotics' all-rounder for large main sewers from DN 200 to DN 800. It cleans main sewers, rehabilitates them with different attachments and reopens lateral connections after liner rehabilitation, with a powerful air motor for reliable removal of deposits. The milling arm rotates electrically through 400 degrees, swivels about 100 degrees and adds about 120 degrees of cutting-motor swivel. A swivelling colour camera with two high-power LEDs and a wiper, a rear-view camera, integrated positioning sensors and a reverse-driving sensor guide the operator, while pneumatic stabilisation and nitrogen pressure monitoring keep the 180 mm diameter, roughly 1100 mm long and 70 kg carriage steady. It can be combined with the IMS CLEANER ultra-high-pressure water set and top-hat rehabilitation packers, and is fed from a 100 m cable drum.
