sensmore Loader Automation retrofits existing wheel loaders and underground load-haul-dump (LHD) machines for fully automated load-and-carry work in quarries, mines and construction sites. Instead of hand-programmed controllers it runs Operator-1, a single learned driving policy built on a world model trained on sensmore's own data from real sites, so one model drives articulated loaders, skid-steers and compact loaders and improves as machines and sites are added. The policy fuses imaging radar and lidar, machine speed, wheel slip and joint angles, hydraulic pressure and the task given in plain language, and outputs the driving decisions to identify a pile, fill the bucket and carry the load. sensmore describes this as zero-shot autonomy that handles new tasks and materials without prior training, and operators can give commands in natural language. The automation sits alongside sensmore's Site Intelligence, Machine Assist collision warnings and Live Mapping, which run at quarries operated by companies including Cemex and Lhoist.
