The GOJON GP-30 is a fence-free collaborative palletizing workstation: a six-servo collaborative robot arm mounted on a lifting column inside a compact cabinet, with a vacuum suction gripper that stacks cartons onto two pallets, one on each side. It handles up to 30 kg (25 kg at the standard 1680 mm arm span), palletizes 8-12 times per minute to a maximum height of 2350 mm on pallets up to 1200 x 1000 mm, and is set up through a graphical touchscreen interface that GOJON says operators learn in five minutes.
