The GOJON GP-20E is the entry model of GOJON's fence-free collaborative palletizing workstations: a five-servo collaborative robot arm on a compact, movable cabinet with a vacuum suction gripper that stacks cartons onto two manually placed pallets, one on each side. It carries 20 kg with a 1880 mm reach, palletizes 8-12 times per minute to a maximum height of 2000 mm on pallets up to 1300 x 1200 mm, and stops on contact using force and torque sensing. Operators set up stacking patterns on a 15-inch touchscreen or by leading the arm by hand.
